USB jack modular pass-through adapters from Leviton. Has USB connection on front and back. Compatible with Leviton data port frames which fit standard rocker cover plates.

Powered USB Jacks: Modular plug and go USB jacks are not manufactured (they would require more components than can fit in a compact connector like this). To install a powered USB wall jack, you should buy a USB outlet.
