Replaces your old or missing wallplate on a single button 5000 series low voltage control station by Touchplate.

- note: On vintage units, the metal flanges on the cover post holes are designed to be pinched with pliers to make a tighter fit for the tabs. Adjust them slightly to get the right tightness to comfortably hold the covers on.
