Combo Toggle-Toggle-Outlet-Toggle Wall Switch Plate
This unusual combination 2-toggle 1-outlet 1-toggle switch plate cover is designed for locations where a duplex outlet has been added to what had a been just a four toggle layout in a 4-gang electrical box. Note that the duplex opening can fit a pair of sockets or 2 stacked toggle switch that flip sideways.
