Who would have thought that a quality product like this, made in the USA, could actually be less expensive than the Chinese competition in the big box stores? I ordered four different plates, two chrome and two stainless, and they were shipped quickly and packaged well so there would be no damage in shipment. Customer service was outstanding. I had to make a change as I ordered, one incorrectly online, and the woman with whom I spoke was able to make the correction without delaying the shipment.
High quality chrome plate dresses up my bathroom remodel. With all chrome fixtures it was a must.
