Description
White older long tandem switch plate with sideways decorator outlet plus a blank. These specialty trim plates are typically installed on their sides where and have to cover up where a vintage phone jack had been installed. If you are no longer using the phone jack you can just remove it and cover the electrical box with this trim plate.
