These Lutron 10-gang screwless face plates work with Decora light switches, GFCI receptacles, slide dimming switches, ceiling fan timers, and other decorator style electrical lighting control units.

Easy To Install: Complete the installation of your electrical switches first. Then screw the plastic sub-plate screws onto the outer set of strap screw holes above and below the electrical switches or outlets using the provided screws. Next, just clip the screw-less light plate onto the subplate. The oval lozenge openings in the subplate sit round the screw that holds the switch/receptacle/timer in the box and allow for slight adjustment in positioning.
