IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Screw position is modified on these popular deep brown plates because of steep bevel on edges. Screw holes are placed at 3.281" for box mounting (rather than strap mount spacing of 3.812" as is typical). To install, insert screw through switch plate, through electrical device strap, then into wall box with the same 1/2" screw. If your plate will be floating above the box (not touching it) because of bulky devices, you will need to order longer screws.
