Custom layout cover plate for six toggle light switches along with one decorator device such as a ground fault outlet, ceiling fan controller, rocker switch, or timer in the block shape.

- seven device cover for 6 toggles and 1 decor switch, GFCI outlet or controller
- width: 13-5/8"; height 4-1/2"; depth 5/32"
- twelve 1/2" slot head screws (for toggles) plus two 5/16" screws (for decorator device) to match
- Decora is Leviton trademark for decor, block, GFCI, rocker, etc., opening
- plate can be flipped over for the reverse layout (Decora on left)
