The perfect solution for 5-gang electrical box with only 2 rocker switches or GFCI outlets on either side. Plate may be rotated for opposite configuration.

- 2 standard rocker cutouts on right or left and 3 blank positions
- 10 matching screws included: 4 are 1/4" for rockers and 6 screws are 1/2" length for blanks
- the 2 device openings fit modern paddle rocker switches, GFCI outlets, and Decora (aLeviton trademark term) devices
