4 gang combination switch plate with 1 Decora, 2 toggles and 1 blank position. This unusual switch plate is typically used when needing to cover up an unused spot on a 4-gang electrical wall box.

- just flip it over if your blank switch is on either the right or left ends of this wallplate layout
- consider rearranging your devices if you have 2 toggles, a blank, and a rocker in a slightly different layout
- five 1/2" (toggles/blank) plus two 5/16" (rocker) matching screws
- rectangular opening fits all block receptacle, dimming sliders, rocker, GFCI, and Decora style devices (Decora is a Leviton trademark term)
