If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a stock item for any reason please contact us for a return authorization number using the form below. We accept postage paid returns for items on which a return authorization has been issued.
Stock items eligible for return or exchange must be unused and in factory new condition, and all original, unopened packaging must be included. Items not eligible for return include special order items, special order quantities, custom relay panels, custom switchplates, engraved items, damaged pieces or other items noted on the site as not eligible for return. Additionally, items that have been installed or appear to have been installed (determined at our discretion) are not eligible for return.
All electrical devices are tested before they leave the factory, so if you have installed a device and believe it is defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly for technical support, repairs or exchanges. Please see the list included with your order or at the bottom of our FAQ page for the phone numbers of the electrical device manufacturers.
