Screw-less Plate Easy Installation: Plastic sub-plate screws onto the outer screw holes on your electrical switch or outlet with the screws from your switches, then the screw-less light plate snaps onto it. The oval lozenge openings in the subplate sit round the screw that holds the device in the box. The exact look of the subplate and how the cover snaps onto it may vary.
