If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused item with no questions asked within 30 days of shipment with the exception of special order items, engraved pieces, custom items, damaged items, installed items, devices with shortened wires, or any items no longer in factory new condition. Photos of items may be required when requesting a return authorization to ensure items are unopened and still in factory new condition. Use our return form to request a Return Authorization number. Note that we are unable to make exchanges, return shipping labels are not provided for any reason, and shipping costs are not refundable.
