Description
An extra wide centered device wall plate fits one Decora switch, slide dimmer, or block style receptacle on a 2-gang box while providing extra coverage on the sides for hiding broken plaster, cracked granite, etc. In addition, you can insert a filler strap to create a extra oversized cable outlet cover or telephone jack wall plate.

- white enamel finish on .030" thick steel
- Opening fits all rocker, GFCI, block and Decora style devices (Decora is a Leviton trademark term)
- standard Decora opening: 2 .625" H x 1.3125" W
- 4.5" H x 6.375" W x .157" D
- 4 white 1/2" screws (for box mounting) plus two 5/16" screws (for Decor opening)
- note: if your box is not flush with the wall surface you may need four 1" screws
