Classic oversized switch plates are 5.5" tall and vary in width depending upon the configuration:

1 Gang - 3.5" wide

2 Gang - 5.5" wide

3 Gang - 7.5" wide

4 Gang - 9.5" wide

5 Gang - 11.5" wide

6 Gang - 12.5" wide

7 Gang - 14.38" wide

Alternative sizes include:

Tall - 5.0" high Shop Tall Wall Plates

Midway - 5.06" high Shop Midway Wallplates

Jumbo 1 Gang - 6.4" high x 4.5" wide Shop Oversized, Jumbo, and Ultra Light Switch Covers
